Up until now Lagar de Cervera’s range of wines included only two labels: Lagar de Cervera and Pazo de Seoane. The Galician winery has just brought out its third white: Armenteira 2022, created from a special batch of Albariño and sold exclusively by Vinoselección
Already boasting some of the most highly praised Riojas in its catalogue, La Rioja Alta S.A. decided to add quality whites to its portfolio. For this new adventure on which it embarked in the late 1990s it found the ideal spot, the Lagar de Cervera winery in O Rosal (D.O. Rías Baixas). Under the guidance of La Rioja Alta, Lagar de Cervera championed the renewal of Galician whites. The winery has also succeeded in acquiring some of the largest and most important vineyards in the D.O. Rías Baixas.
Armenteira 2022 (D.O. Rías Baixas) is perfect with steamed mussels or Galician-style octopus.

Lagar de Fornelos is located in an enviable natural landscape, in the Galician town of O Rosal. Founded by the Fernández Cervera family, since 1988 it has belonged to the La Rioja Alta S.A. Group. Under the direction of this prestigious Rioja firm, Lagar de Cervera began the task of expanding its vineyard, now boasting one of the largest vineyards in the D.O. Rías Baixas. In 2013, it inaugurated new and modern facilities.
Currently, it produces the brands Lagar de Cervera (100% albariño) and Pazo de Seoane Rosal.
