Arcum Reserva Edición Limitada 2018 is produced from Tempranillo grapes from the vineyards this winery owns in Curiel de Duero, with deep soil that is sandy limestone by nature; and in Bocos, with alluvial soil with rock fragments, sand and clay. These are vineyards located at a height of between 725 and 800m, grown on trellises to take maximum advantage of the sunlight and thus achieve optimum maturing.
The alcoholic fermentation takes place at 28ºC with three days of cold pre-fermentation maceration. Next, it is aged for a minimum of12 months in French and American oak barrels, with average toasting and fine grain. Following its subsequent fine tuning in the bottle, Arcum Reserve shows all its splendour as a faithful reflection of the personality of the winery's vineyards.
