Dear customer,

Coronavirus is a global health crisis with far reaching implications, the extent of which are still becoming apparent. The overwhelming priority is now to contain the virus and minimize its spread, reducing the impact it will have on individuals, families and communities around the world.

At Vinoselección, we have launched a response program to protect our people and manage the services we provide to our clients. We aim at keeping the “business as usual” general attitude and deliver the wines as fast and accurately as possible to your usual address.

Practical steps for resilience

- We have placed a limit on internal and external events.
- We have launched a comprehensive communications program for our employees, including guidance on best practice hygiene and infection control.
- We have established remote working capabilities with most employees and workers, now equipped with a laptop and software-based telephones.
This includes the telephone and mail operators you are acquainted with.
- Our supply chain and key suppliers have been reviewed and we have made arrangements to ensure the provision of services critical to our business.
- We are stress-testing the impact of major changes to our supply chain and very possible staff absences, with plans in place to protect your delivery as a key client.

Working with our clients

We are committed to supporting our clients through this period of extended uncertainty. So far, the transport of wine coming from Spain is still possible although some delays are to be expected. Obviously, we abide by the rules of the different Governments and we will keep you informed of any major changes or disruptions.

Please do not feel shy if you have any questions about the way we operate.

Thank you,
