The wines of La Casa Maguila not only captivate with their names inspired by popular boleros and original labels. They enchant both the public and critics with their quality and hedonistic spirit. Cachito Mío 2017, an aromatic, fruity, fresh, and enveloping red wine, is a good example of this.

Cachito Mío 2017 is a wine aged for 5 months in American oak barrels, made with Tinta de Toro grapes selected from vines over half a century old.
The secret to the success of La Casa Maguila lies not only in the 14 hectares of old vineyards it owns in the Venialbo (Zamora) area, but also in its concept of “vinification by vineyards,” which involves working, harvesting, and vinifying each of its vineyards individually and separately. This philosophy, along with the expertise of its oenologists José Hidalgo and Ana Martín, makes possible interesting creations like Cachito Mío 2017, an intense, flavorful, and balanced 'toro' that pairs perfectly with cheeses and cured meats, all types of rice dishes, stews, legumes, pastas, and white meats.
The red wine Cachito mío boasts an attractive cherry red color with violet hues.
On the nose, it is full of intense and persistent fruity aromas (blackberry, strawberry, blueberry, and banana), with subtle hints of blue flowers (violet).
On the palate, it is balanced, fresh, tasty, enveloping, and long. The finish is filled with aromatic sensations.
