General information

Among the best Albariños

Bouza do Rei 2020 is a delicious single-varietal Albariño, one of the most renowned wines of the D.O. Rías Baixas. It comes from the Salnés Valley, the epicentre of the Albariño grape variety, and is fantastic value for money.

From one of the leading wineries of the D.O. Rías Baixas we bring you Bouza do Rei 2020, made wholly from Albariño grapes. After being carefully selected in the vineyard, the bunches were picked by hand and transported to the winery, where they were subjected to a traditional winemaking process in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature.

Bouza do Rei is one of the longest-standing wineries and largest producers in the D.O. Rías Baixas. Since it was founded in 1984 in Ribadumia, in the centre of the historic Salnés subregion, its quality and capacity have progressively increased and it currently produces nearly a million litres per grape harvest.

The firm’s muse is none other than the native grape variety, Albariño, which is exhaustively monitored in the vineyard. Bouza do Rei owns a hundred hectares of Albariño vines located beside the sea on hills no higher than a hundred metres. Bouza do Rey 2020 is perfect with fish such as baked seabream with vegetables.
