Tasting Notes

Profile sheet Señorio de Ondarre 2011

Boasting one of the best vintages of the century and made from a selection of Tempranillos with superb structure, harvested when slightly overripe. Mazuelo and Graciano complete the blend. The wine has been aged for 24 months in American oak and on account of its fantastic structure it was matured for a long period in the bottle to develop its elegant bouquet. It’s ready to drink now but can also put away, as it will gain finesse and aromatic complexity over the next few years.
