WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A MEMBER
Being a member of Vinoselección is completely free. We do not charge any membership fee, nor are you obliged to purchase any given quantity.
Being part of Vinoselección only means that you will receive information about our Club and our wines. Throughout the year you will be sent a variety of wine offers containing complete information on the wines presented.
All products advertised are quoted with final prices. That means there are no hidden charges –all delivery costs, VAT and excise duties are included.
To be a member of Vinoseleccion you must be at least 18 years old
HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDERS
A personal client number will be assigned to you. It is also your identification code to register online.
Orders can be placed on Internet, by post, fax, e-mail or telephone and we endeavour to deliver to you within 15 days after receiving your order.
Payment can be made by Credit Card (VISA or Mastercard) or using a standard British cheque within 5 days of receipt of your order.
A Friendly English-speaking Customer Service team is available to take your calls and answer any queries.
QUALITY IS GUARANTEED
Vinoselección guarantees the quality of its wines. We will reimburse or replace any order that does not arrive with you in perfect condition or is not of your entire satisfaction.
