Pesquera is one of the most acclaimed red wines in and out of Spain. The appearance of this wine in 1978 changed the history of Ribera del Duero.

Aged for 24 months in American oak barrels and a minimum of 36 months in bottle Pesquera Gran Reserva shows a tempranillo grape with an extraordinary level of complexity and balance.

Attractive cherry red colour.

The nose is very elegant and complex, with black fruit aromas (blackberry and blueberry) and delicates notes of licorice, blue flowers and a number of pleasant aromas of aging (leather and vanilla). Some spicy notes of nutmeg and pepper on a tobacco and cocoa background are also appreciated.
